Jean-Marcel Pilon specializes in commercial, corporate and real estate law, as well as commercial litigation. Since her beginnings at PME Avocats, Ariane Primeau has always had a strong interest in commercial, corporate, and real estate law. She will assist business people as well as small and medium-sized enterprises with their needs, particularly in guiding them through various stages of their journey, whether it’s incorporation or registration, shareholder or partnership agreements, commercial agreements, acquisitions, and more. Mrs Primeau collaborates with accountants and tax experts, especially in executing transactions, whether it’s buying or selling shares or assets, or implementing tax strategies.

After completing a bachelor’s degree in law at the University of Montreal, Mrs Ariane Primeau is currently pursuing studies in taxation to better serve her clients, whether they are individuals or small and medium-sized enterprises.
